Graham Evernden was born in Kent and studied at Maidstone College of Art. He worked as a graphic designer for several years in London before becoming a freelance artist, illustrator and printmaker.
Graham has designed several sets of stamps for the Royal Mail, and a number of ranges of china for the Royal Collection – including the set to Commemorate the Queen’s Golden Jubilee in 2002.
He has also exhibited a number of times at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition.
During Graham’s career he has won Gold and Silver Awards for illustration from the Designers and Art Directors Association, as well as a Gold Award from the New York Art Directors.
Graham now lives and works with his wife in Dorset.
